Dubai Deira Tower Baniyas – Dubai UAE
The Deira Tower, located in the historic commercial district of Baniyas Square in Dubai, is one of the early high-rise buildings that contributed to the development of the city’s modern skyline. The tower was completed in 1980, during a period of rapid urban growth that transformed Dubai into an international business hub.
The project features an elegant architectural design that combines modern construction with durable natural materials. The external façade cladding was executed using Roman Travertine, a natural stone widely appreciated for its warm tones, refined texture and long-term resistance to harsh climate conditions.
The use of Roman Travertine gives the building a timeless architectural character while ensuring durability and performance in the demanding environment of the Middle East.
The Deira Tower project is particularly significant for Omniamarble, as it represents one of the first international projects for which the company supplied natural stone, marking an important milestone in its early expansion into global architectural developments.
